Entrepreneurship is an important value in our modern world. Indeed, each company has a goal and this goal is to maximize the profit of the company and to develop the company. In order to limit the loss of the employees productivity, companies have to control the work force and develop a control system. I will answer the question: 'Why and how organizations develop a control system for employees?'.
[...] The control is done to permit a development of the company thanks to the efficiency of their employees. I confirm this idea when Bateman and Snell say:”Thus, control is one of the fundamental forces that keep the organization together and heading in the right direction” (2008, p 574). [...] The 2nd step permits to evaluate the performance of the employee. It gives a vision about the real work of the workforce. It permits to see if the employees are so efficient and this step permit to see how the employees performance is situated to the hope performance. [...]
