Different entrepreneur's competencies needed to start and perpetuate a business

To be an entrepreneur is very difficult and we have to develop some competencies in order to succeed in the development and the economic increase of our company. We can ask ourselves, 'what are the core competencies I will need for myself if I was to go into business for myself as an entrepreneur?'. I think it is an interesting question which I will develop, and it will permit to have an idea of the competencies needed to develop a business. Moreover, I can ask, 'what competencies have I now and what competencies need I develop in the future?'.

Indeed, an entrepreneur, if he wants to succeed his business and if he wants to develop it, have to be near of the customers and near of their different waits. I think that one of the most important competencies an entrepreneur has to have is the “high anticipation competency”. Indeed, as the citation shows, a good entrepreneur has to have a clear idea and a great vision of the market. He has to see precisely the means he needs and all the resources the company need for it activity. It is an important competency because it is one of the first when you start a company. [...]
