This report has been written in order to improve communication within the company. Indeed it is the responsibility of senior management to communicate with their staff efficiently and effectively. If we expect the quality of communication to be improved taking into account aspects such as efficiency and flexibility, it is necessary to alter the culture of the business. Additionally, this report aims at increasing competition and the displaying the consequential business realities. In this manner, innovative ideas and cooperation from the staff will overflow. However, it should be noted that communication within the company has some other utilities. It can help create team spirit and motivate people (staff) to work harder and in a conscientious manner towards the steady growth of the firm. Therefore, it can be concluded that external communication will falter if the internal communication lacks clarity and credibility.
[...] Sometime a conflict in informal communication can modify the behaviour of an employee. We can also have some problem with the channel of communication. If someone doesn't use his e-mail box, we can lose some message or the information is received too late. There are also some problems with the language. In a global company, people from different country have to communicate, but they don't speak the same language, that's why it's difficult to understand the information and the speed is low. [...]

[...] The change must be soft It's very important to use the same media to communicate in the factory, a media which everybody can use. If we use the e-mail, we must allow a computer access for everybody, workers or managers. It must be a habit to use the better media to speak about a problem and to communicate some information. We must allow a role for every media. The phone for this problem, meetings for this information, every day or every week, always at the same time Interviews every years or when the work changes, letters to confirm an instruction, a purchase Informatics forms to list the failure in the factory, house journal in order to inform about the general aims of the society, new products, new site, financial report But we can't change old habits quickly, so we must take our time.
