Identifying order winners and order qualifiers is a way to better integrate a company in its market allowing full potential and optimization of the way a product is built and delivered. In the case of Manufacturer of seats, we can see, as order winners, the quality and security the seats offer, which are capital characteristics when it comes to transportation. It also has to fit the place it has to go in perfectly and this is decided by the automotive assembler. As order winners, we can note the factors flexibility, price and delivery period. In the actual context of globalization it is essential that suppliers offer such characteristics if they want to stand one step ahead of the competition. With respect to the web page design, we can see as order qualifiers factors such as the quality of the design, the conformity with the demand and the flexibility to respond to the demand. As order qualifiers the factors are, the ranking it offers for the pages, which is a primordial criterion of choice nowadays, the time taken for delivery and also the warranty it offers, because companies are always looking for stability and safety in their business.
