After the first case study of C2D, the second case study titled "Bounce of C2D? is presented. This first deliverable is an overview of the project that presents the new management of stock. Schemes and explications will show our final solution, which is based to a restocking set time and quantity variable. This is based on a previous request to redefine the architecture for the new management of stock C2D.
[...] It exports the materiel in countries of the Third World too. With this association you just will have the transport of the goods in your charge The law in France The France has equally signed the Basel Convention but, contrary to the Canada, has signed the Ban Amendment. [...] Store computation page We've used the data we had to complete this page. We know that C2D items are classified in 8 segments that divide products depending on the numbers of products sold per week. The probability for the article being sold out is calculated as following: Mj = Number of items per segments number of items sold last week P = (Out-of-stock Probability) / ( Mj / Mj) To calculate the expected number of products sold per segments we've used a mathematical method base on σ : If Out-of-stock probability is ( σ= 2 If Out-of-stock probability is ( σ = 3 If Out-of-stock probability is ( σ = 4 Expected NB Prod Sold = NB products sold last week + NB products sold last week ) To calculate the number of items is stock (after delivery) we multiply the number of items per segments with the number of items that we hope to sell during the following week. [...]
[...] To implant this model, we have to make sure that all point will be follow: Inventory turnover will be close to 4 The rate out of stock for the store will be close to The rate out of stock for the warehouse will be close To explain this graph we can said: Client have to bring they old items, that they want to sell Technician will exanimate the products the second hand for sell or for humanitarian association Deliverable 2 Our objective was to realize a Benchmark prediction performance model of the management system of C2D. The main objective was to reorganize stocks in order to free space and be able to use it for a second hand activity. We began to consider one C2D shop supplied by a warehouse and then to the 15 warehouses that feed 24 store each one. [...]

[...] This market is increasing constantly, and developing nowadays, this is gain market share on a future important market Two assumptions for the second hand service We will make two assumptions for the second hand service of computer: First hypothesis: We organize a second hand service in order to generate a maximum of profit, it's crucial to calculate important margin per item in order to produce profit and to make up for losses on items which were never sale.
