The French Real Estate market didn't collapse in 2009 despite a very violent financial and economical crisis. Compared to the British and to the American markets, the French real estate market showed a good performance. Sales of new real estate properties had boom of 25% compared to 2008 whereas old real estate properties sales decreased of 18%.
Some people were over pessimistic for 2009 and now they are over optimistic for 2010. We must keep in mind that the crisis is not finished yet. We are not immune to relapse.
